英语母语招聘/English Native Speaker Tiktok Shot Recruitment:Native English Speaker, Short Video/Livestream Platform
1. Shoot short video content for TIKTOK, collaborate with the team to complete shooting tasks.
2. Conduct live broadcasts on the TikTok platform for the English-speaking audience. Explain and demonstrate products in the live stream, flexibly control the pace of the live stream, liven up the atmosphere, guide orders, and promote customer conversion.
3. Interact with fans, enliven the atmosphere, guide attention to the account, and increase stickiness with fans.
4. Adjust different working hours and job content based on traffic, customers, and market demand.
5. Review the effects and data of short videos/live broadcasts, analyze and summarize, periodically adjust the style and content of short videos/live broadcasts, continuously optimize the effects, and increase Gross Merchandise Value (GMV).
6. Follow the company's daily work adjustments.
Qualifications:
1. English is the working language; Basic Chinese; Native English Speaker.
2. Strong ability in visual expression, language expression, and on-site control.
3. Passionate, energetic, and enthusiastic about short videos/livestreaming.
4. Bonus points for experience in blockchain.
